S&A Teyu: Well, first of all, select the appropriate external cooling system based on cooling capacity, temperature stability, pump flow and pump lift);
Secondly, before the welding job begins, turn on the cooling system first and then the laser welding machine so that the laser cooling chiller can have enough time for refrigeration.
At last, do some regular maintenance on the external cooling system by cleaning the dust gauze and condenser and changing the recirculating water.
