There are two conditions that might lead to overheating of the ultrafast laser.
Condition 1: The ultrafast laser is not equipped with a small portable water chiller unit and the laser’s own heat dissipating system is not capable of cooling itself down;
Condition 2: The ultrafast laser is equipped with a precise water chiller, but the cooling capacity of the chiller is not big enough or the temperature controller has some kind of failure. In this case, change for a bigger water chiller or replace a new temperature controller accordingly.
Note: Summer is the season when ultra-high room temperature alarm is likely to trigger on the ultrafast laser chiller. Please make sure the working environment is below 40 degree Celsius.
