According to our experience, if this problem occurs after a long time use, that could be :
1. The heat exchanger is too dirty, so it needs to be cleaned;
2. The water chiller unit is leaking refrigerant. Users need to find and weld the leakage spot and restock the refrigerant;
3. The working environment of the water chiller unit is either too cold or too hot, which makes the water chiller unit unable to fulfill the refrigeration requirement. It is suggested to select a water chiller unit with bigger cooling capacity or put the water chiller unit in the environment with appropriate ambient temperature.
