Water Chiller Unit CW-7900 for 170kW CNC Machining Spindle

With TEYU water chiller CW-7900, the productivity of the CNC machine spindle up to 170kW can be well maintained. This industrial process water chiller is characterized by a large cooling capacity of up to 33kW and an intelligent temperature control panel. By intelligent, we mean water temperature can be automatically adjusted and integrated alarms are both visual and audible.

Closed loop water chiller CW-7900 is easy to use and operate and comes with a 2 years warranty. The eyebolts mounted on top of the water chiller allow lifting the unit by means of straps with hooks. The installation should be done on a level firm surface indoors to avoid tilting. Thanks to an easy drain port mounted on the back of the chiller, users can drain the water at ease. Water changing frequency is recommended to be 3 months or depends on actual using conditions, including actual working environment and actual water quality.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the water chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
