CNC Spindle Cooling System CW-6200 for 45kW Spindle

Rotating at high speed, the spindle tends to generate lots of heat, which will reduce the machining capacity of the spindle, and in the worst case scenario, lead to the whole CNC grinding machine failure. This makes CNC spindle cooling system CW-6200 quite necessary. It is proven to be particularly useful in maintaining consistent temperature for CNC grinding spindle up to 45kW. It offers a cooling capacity of 5100W and the temperature stability of ±0.5°C. Four heavy-duty caster wheels ensure easy mobility while a digital water temperature controller offers intelligent & constant temperature control modes easy to switch from one another under different requirements. The water chiller is also available for adding mixtures of water and anti-rusting agent or anti-freezer up to 30%. UL certified version is also available.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
