TEYU 6U air-cooled rack chiller RMUP-500 features a 6U rack mount design and is perfect for 10W-15W UV laser, ultrafast laser, semiconductor and laboratory instrument cooling applications. Mountable in a 6U rack, this industrial water cooling system allows the stacking of related devices, indicating a high level of flexibility and mobility. It delivers extremely precise cooling of ±0.1°C stability with PID control technology.

The refrigerating power of rack mount water chiller RMUP-500 can reach up to 650W. A water level check is installed in the front with thoughtful indications. Water temperature can be set between 5°C and 35°C with constant temperature mode or intelligent temperature control mode for selection.

What is the recommended water used in the industrial water chiller?

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the water chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
