Reason 1: Temperature controller of the industrial water cooler is faulty and unable to control temperature
Solution: Change for a new temperature controller.
Reason 2: The cooling capacity of the industrial refrigeration system is not big enough.
Solution: Change for a chiller model that has proper cooling capacity.
Reason 3: The compressor has a malfunction - not working/rotor being stuck/rotating speed slowing down)
Solution: Change for a new compressor or related parts.
Reason 4: The water temperature probe is faulty, not able to detect water temperature at real-time and the water temperature value is abnormal
Solution: Change for a new water temperature probe
Reason 5: If the poor performance occurs after the industrial water chiller is used for a certain period of time, that might be:
A.The heat exchanger is full of dirt
Solution: Clean the heat exchanger properly
B.The industrial water cooler leaks refrigerant
Solution: Find and weld the leakage point and refill with proper amount of refrigerant of the correct type
C.The operating environment of the industrial water cooler is too hot or too cold
Solution: Position the water chiller in a well-ventilated room where ambient temperature is below 40 degree C.
