Mr. Ragy is an Egyptian laser trader and he contacted S&A Teyu about water chiller for cooling the laser in June. He was satisfied with S&A Teyu chiller but not its price. Therefore, he didn’t make any purchase in the end. One month later, he wrote to S&A Teyu again, saying that he bought a local water chiller of very low price but that chiller broke down quite often. He realized the importance of high quality and purchased two S&A Teyu chillers CW-3000 for testsing. Yesterday, he called and told S&A Teyu that those two S&A Teyu chiller CW-3000 worked perfectly and brought down the temperature of the laser effectively. He then signed annual purchasing agreement with S&A Teyu. Quality is the core value of S&A Teyu water chiller.
