For the past few months, Mr. Kaya, who is the purchasing manager of a Turkey based stainless steel laser welding machine manufacturing company, has been busy finding the suitable refrigerated chiller supplier that can offer customization. But things didn't go well at first. Some of them are not open to customization. Others do offer customization, but with insanely high additional price.
