Elevator is the equipment that transports people or cargo from between different floors and it is a MUST-HAVE equipment in tall buildings. 1.Traditional processing technique
It often refers to multi-station punching machine. This machine includes procedures like milling, shaving, drilling, grinding and these procedures require external force and harder tools to realize the cutting job. It’ s quite complicated and the parts can easily deform, wasting cost and labor. 

2.CO2 laser processing
CO2 laser cutting machine was the first laser processing equipment used in domestic elevator industry. It uses non-mechanical energy like light and electricity to do the cutting job and can also realize hard material processing. 3.Fiber laser processing
Elevator manufacturing mainly relies on about 3mm thick stainless steel. Using CO2 laser cutting machine will consume more electricity and more CO2 gas. What’s more, with disadvantages like high cost and complicated commissioning, CO2 laser cutting machine has fallen behind. On the contrary, fiber laser cutting machine has much faster speed with lower running cost and is able to cut highly reflective materials like copper and aluminum.
